Regional Apprentice

Tom found out the other day they he is now a regional apprentice for Nordstrom! He's still learning what that means, but he'll be out of his restaurant and working on other projects and with other restaurants in this region a few times a week. This is like a training program for regional chefs, so we're very excited about this as this is the next position he'd like to move into with Nordstrom. Tomorrow, he's up in Seattle with the regional chef and should hopefully find out some more information about this new role.
